In the early 80s. Jane worked at the Exploratorium with the job title of "Explainer". Ever since, she has looked for jobs, which could have that same title. There's probably no work that Jane enjoys more than explaining something technical or scientific to a non-technical person. She has delighted in teaching computer skills to park rangers, database basics to historical architects, and e-mail to artists. some of the places, besides the Exploratorium, where Jane has explained science are Sunol Regional Wilderness, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Presidio National Park, Hidden Villa, and Exploring New Horizons Outdoor School.
